The easiest and quickest way is to place an order on this site. Simply add your items to the Trolley then complete the simple order form. We only ask for your Name, Address, Date of Birth, Contact Number(s) and Email Address. No payment is required to order online.
On average it takes around 7 days from the date of order to install
Only a basic credit check is performed so there is a high acceptance rate
Payment is accepted by Direct Debit or Weekly Standing Order
As our prices are kept so low we are not able to offer short-term rental. The minimum rental period is 12 months.
Each application is subject to a £12 administration fee which covers the cost of your status check.
The prices are based on direct debit. If you choose this payment option then this is all you will pay each week or month. Prices will vary with other payment methods due to the additional admin or costs incurred. You can find more details on our rental price list.
Customers who do not have home contents insurance will be required to take out our cover (ADW). This covers the item against theft and accidental damage starting from just £1.00 per month.
Yes, you are welcome to apply but there are sometimes restrictions on what you can have initially. We are always happy for you to upgrade or add-on products once we have seen some good payment history (normally at least 6 months).
Employment is required to apply for TVs larger than 32 Inch, Smart TVs, and later model Mobile Phones and Tablets so please consider this when placing an order.
Yes, we now have mobile phones available on rental.
